|  | GAETANO GIANNETTO – Founder and President Relations, marketing, multimediality and communications. He began his career in sales with Procter&Gamble and then Pernod Ricard. In 1988, he founded Logistics Data Systems, specialised in marketing, merchandising and category management solutions. The company was acquired in 1991 by ACNielsen and he became Managing Partner and then Vice President. He was later Vice President of NCR Corporation. | | Guest lecturer at prestigious European universities, he was included in the international edition of “Who's Who of Professionals™”. Over a period of 15 years, he has participated as a speaker in conferences and talk shows in Asia, Europe, the United States and South Africa and over 60,000 managers have attended his presentations on retailing, supply chain management and one-to-one customer marketing. Passionate about new technologies and multimediality, he conceived and produced two cd-roms, “Capturing the New Consumer - Guide to Category Management,” the first work ever produced on the topic of retail-supplier relations, and “Like Free Radicals: Unconventional Marketing,” focusing on new consumption trends and social changes. | |up|
|  | LALLA GUADAGNINO - Chief Operating Officer Coordinates the company work flow and the activity of partners and is the manager of the sales network. With her, you will discover how commercial development ideas can be transformed into marketing actions and how a strategic plan can become tangible and effective. Member of the ACNielson Board of Directors, she has been commercial manager for the Industry of Basic Commodities and, later, Director of Marketing and Product Development. | | Over the course of her career, she has participated in important projects for redesigning the organisation of work with international responsibilities.
